KIEV, Dec. 29 - Prominvestbank has received $190 million as the first tranche from Russia's Vnesheconombank (VEB) in the framework of an earlier signed agreement between the two banks, an informed source at Prominvestbank told Interfax.

"In the coming days an additional one billion dollars will be received in a similar tranche," the source said.
