KIEV, Dec. 25 – The presidential secretariat doubts that the cabinet has the right to hire foreign financial consultants and pay them "premium-class" remuneration, said Roman Bezsmertny, deputy head of the presidential secretariat.

"Professional level of consultants is of no doubt. However, does the cabinet have the right to spend taxpayers' money on ‘premium-class’ remuneration during difficult times for each Ukrainian family?" he said.
