KIEV, Dec. 18 – The State Mortgage Establishment (SME) is mulling the possibility of providing a loan repayment holiday to borrowers whose financial situation has been affected by the economic crisis, SME Chairman Kyrylo Shevchenko said.

"We're currently elaborating some programs that could make SME borrowers' life easier in case they become unemployed or temporarily lose incomes. For instance, there are such things as a fixed payment or the so-called loan repayment holiday," he told reporters.
