KIEV, Dec. 18 – Kiev city state administration has still not transferred funds to pay the debt on the difference between the present tariffs and economically justifiable tariffs for heat supplies to Kyivenergo.

"Everything remains at the same level, everything remains as it was earlier," the press service of Kyivenergo told Interfax-Ukraine on Wednesday.
