KIEV, Dec. 16 – The Antimonopoly Committee has opened a case against Kiev city state administration due to anti-competitive actions in increasing tariffs for municipal services for companies.
The committee discussed the case at its meeting on Monday, Interfax Ukraine reported.
The committee investigated the situation and came to the conclusion that the administration violated rules on publicity and holding discussions of this resolution. In particular, the resolution on the increase in tariffs for companies was published for discussion seven days before the resolution was issued instead of the required 30 days.
