KIEV, Dec. 15 – The supply of office space in business centers in Kiev due to the implementation of anti-crisis measures and the altering of development plans by companies over the past one-and-a-half months grew by 50,000-55,000 square meters in the light of a steep fall in demand.
According to an office real estate market survey from Dec. 1 to Dec. 9 drawn up by specialists of Kiev-based Ukrainian Trade Guild (UTG) consulting company, the supply of office space over the first week in December mainly expanded through subleasing.
