KIEV, Dec. 15 - The United States Department of Agriculture has revised upwards its projections for the maize harvest in the 2008/2009 marketing year from 9.5 million tons to 10 million tons.
According to a USDA report, in general, the forecast of the grain harvest in 2008 was revised from 49.5 million tons to 50 million tons, while that for exports kept at 18.1 million tons.
