KIEV, Dec. 12 – The stabilization of the hryvnia exchange rate will be clearer in late December, although such trends have been seen on the cash and interbank markets, according to the head of the National Bank of Ukraine, Volodymyr Stelmakh.
"The price of the foreign currency is from UAH 7.4 to UAH 7.5/$1, although in some banks is can be higher [on the cash currency market]... A certain balance is seen on the cashless market," he said at a press conference in Kiev on Wednesday.
