KIEV, Dec. 10 - Ukraine’s largest steel producer, Arcelor Mittal Kryvy Rih, reduced reinforcing steel bar prices by up to 50% after a ruling by the Anti-Monopoly Committee, the government’s anti-cartel agency, the committee reported Wednesday.

Arcelor Mittal Kryvy Rih, or AMKR, owned by world’s largest producer of steel Arcelor Mittal, is the biggest producer of reinforcing bars in Ukraine and the price reduction is expected to have a major impact on the sector.
