KIEV, Dec. 9 – The resumption of foreign investment into the Ukrainian real estate market may be expected in 2011, according to the managing partner of Kiev-based Concorde Development Company, Valeriy Kyrylko.
"Only domestic companies remain [on the market], while international [companies] have practically abandoned the market,” Kyrylko said. “They are looking at the country's ratings, which are the lowest of the low, and postponing financing until better times.”
