KIEV, Dec. 4 – Ukraine International Airlines is to buy out a minority stockholding of its own stocks from Ireland’s Aer Cap.

The decision was taken by the company's stockholders at a meeting that ended on Tuesday, UIA's press service said.

"A 5.97% stake will be bought from Aer Cap at a face value of $100 per stock," UIA Press Secretary Yevhenia Satska said.
