KIEV, Dec. 1 - Ukraine's steel industry reported a drop in finished roll output 10% year-on-year in the first 11 months of 2008 to 29.592 million tons, the Industrial Policy Ministry told Interfax.

Thus, the decline in roll production continues to gather pace: it jumped 6% year-on-year in the first half of 2008, 4% in the first seven months and just 2% in the first eight months before falling 1% in the first nine months and 6% in the first ten months.
