KIEV, Nov. 27 - PKN Orlen, the largest Polish oil refining company, plans to stick to its strategic plan to enter the Ukrainian market, according to a company strategy for 2009-2013 published on Wednesday.

According to the strategy, time of entry will depend on the development of the political and economic situation in Ukraine.
