KIEV, Nov. 26 – The cost of completing the construction of reactors three and four at Khmelnitsky Nuclear Power Plant is estimated at UAH15 billion, Fuel and Energy Minister Yuriy Prodan said during a meeting in Kiev on Tuesday.

He said that the National Nuclear Generating Company EnergoAtom in 2009 would allocate UAH249 million for preparation works at the sites of the uncompleted reactors, which are around 70% ready.
