KIEV, Nov. 24 – The suspension of a cabinet resolution on the withdrawal from an agreement with Vanco Company will not effect an agreement on the distribution of hydrocarbons between Ukraine and Vanco, according to First Deputy Justice Minister Yevhen Korneychuk.

"In its comments and reports, the secretariat of the Ukrainian president confuses two different issues that are not linked with each other: the first is the effectiveness of a separate cabinet resolution and the second is the lawfulness of the PSA agreement," he said.
