KIEV, Nov. 24 – The Antimonopoly Committee has permitted Cyprus-based AMT Active Metal Trading Limited to gain control over Kiev-based Prominvestbank through the acquisition of a share in a group of Ukrainian companies.

The committee said that the Cypriot company invests in corporate rights of resident and nonresident companies.
