KIEV, Nov. 21 – Ukraine’s head of state has always insisted on the transparent privatization of all state property, particularly Odessa Port-Side Plant, said Maryna Stavniychuk, deputy head of the presidential secretariat and its representative in the Constitutional Court.

Stavniychuk said that a presidential appeal on the inconsistency with the Ukrainian Constitution of clause one of the cabinet resolution of Oct. 17, on a transfer of powers to manage state corporate rights concerning some economic entities, including Odessa Port-Side Plant, has been filed at the Constitutional Court.
