KIEV, Nov. 18 – The economic crisis has badly damaged the consumer confidence of Ukrainians, cutting it to the level of 2000, according to the International Center of Policy Studies (ICPS).
"The economic crisis has badly affected consumer confidence of Ukrainians. The fall of 26.6 notches in the Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) of Ukrainians in October, to 69.3 is evidence of the very pessimistic [views] of most Ukrainians. The CCI was last as low as this in the summer and fall in 2000, more than eight years ago," reads the survey.
