BAKU, Nov. 15 - Fifteen of the 20 nations that took part in the Baku Energy Summit on Friday and the European Commission signed the meeting's final declaration, Interfax reported, citing the Azeri government.

The signatory countries are Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece, Georgia, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, the United States, Turkey, Ukraine, Switzerland and Estonia.
