BAKU, Nov. 14 – President Viktor Yushchenko said he is confident that Ukraine will have a prime minister late in the first half of 2009 who will be able to ensure the Odessa-Brody oil pipeline is used in its intended direction.

He said in Baku on Friday that late in the first half of 2009, Azerbaijan would provide the amount of Caspian oil that is necessary for the direct regime of the pipeline.
