KIEV, Nov. 13 – President Viktor Yushchenko will pay a working visit to Azerbaijan in February-March 2009.

The arrangement was confirmed during Yushchenko's meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Baku on Thursday, according to the press service of the Ukrainian president.

"The first meeting of the presidential council" will take place during the visit, the press service said.
