KIEV, Nov. 10 – The government and the National Bank of Ukraine expect the financial recovery of Prominvestbank to be effected within a month with the aid of a private investor that recently bought a controlling stake from the previous owners, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said.

"Otherwise, we'll go for recapitalization [using budget funds]," she said at a meeting in Kiev on Monday on the challenges the ore-mining sector is currently facing.
