KIEV, Nov. 10 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny Chairman Oleh Dubyna said he is confident of the success of a meeting of the owners of Naftogaz eurobonds, at which the company will explain the causes of a delay in the publication of the company's consolidated audited reports for 2007 under international standards.

"We will convince them. Don't worry, there will be no default of Naftogaz," he told reporters on Monday.
