KIEV, Nov. 7 – The State Road Service of Ukraine, Ukravtodor, needs additional state support to pay external debts, according to Oleksandr Shlapak, first deputy head of the presidential secretariat.

"Payments on the accounts of Ukravtodor were considerably cut. The service is not able to service the debts itself. State aid is required," he said at a briefing on Thursday.
