KIEV, Nov. 4 – A gradual rise in construction volumes may be seen in Ukraine from March 2009, according to Ukrainian Regional Development and Construction Minister Vasyl Kuybida.

"According to our forecasts, approximately in half a year the state of affairs will improve on the financial markets, and from March one can expect a gradual rise in construction volumes in Ukraine," he said in an interview with the Kotrakty weekly newspaper published on Monday.
