KIEV, Nov. 5 – Nadra Ukrayiny and Regal Petroleum Corporation Ltd. have signed a framework agreement on advisory services and drilling at the Mekhedivsky-Holotovschynske and Svyridivske oil and gas fields, Nadra reported.

The agreement foresees that Nadra will carry out the assessment of the oil and gas fields and provide geological prospecting services within a year.
