KIEV, Oct. 29 – Russia's OAO Globalstroy-Engineering (earlier Lukoil-Neftegazstroy), the largest Russian constructor of oil and gas infrastructure, is likely to become chief constructor of a suspension polyvinylchloride plant at Karpatnaftokhim Ltd. (Kalush in Ivano-Frankivsk region), which is under control of Lukoil -Neftekhim.
According to a report of Karpatnaftokhim issued on Tuesday, at present an agreement with the chief constructor is being finalized.
"It is likely that Globalstroy-Engineering, which is a traditional and reliable constructor of new objects of Lukoil, will be chief constructor," the press service of Karpatnaftokhim said, citing the company's deputy director general, Heorhiy Kunev.
