KIEV, Oct. 20 – Ukraine wishes to gain consent from the International Monetary Fund on the provision of a loan if such a necessity arises, said Volodymyr Stelmakh, head of the National Bank of Ukraine.
"The credit is required. Possibly, the sum is not so important as the understanding that they are ready to enter [loan relations with Ukraine] if an emergency situation arises," he told Interfax-Ukraine on Monday.
