KIEV, Oct. 17 - Fitch Ratings has downgraded Ukraine's Long-term foreign and local currency Issuer Default Ratings (IDRs) to 'B+,’ from 'BB-.’
The outlooks on both IDRs remain Negative.
The agency also downgraded Ukraine's Country Ceiling to 'B+' from 'BB-.’ The Short-term foreign currency IDR is affirmed at 'B.’
