KIEV, Oct. 14 – Parliament Speaker Arseniy Yatseniuk, who was acting governor of the Ukrainian central bank during the Orange Revolution in the fall of 2004, advocates nationalization of commercial banks facing problems in the wake of global financial turmoil.

Yatseniuk gave his position to the press after a meeting of the Expert Economic Council, which was created with the participation of the parliamentary speaker.
