KIEV, Oct. 9 – Forum Bank is completing its integration into the Commerzbank Group, Wilhelm Nuse, the deputy chairman of the supervisory council of the Ukrainian bank, told Interfax-Ukraine.

"Integration has been 90% completed. This occurred quicker than had been expected," he said.

Nuse said that at present, Forum Bank has international standards of financial reports, and the financial indicators of the daughter bank in Ukraine are reflected in a consolidated report of Commerzbank.
