KIEV, Oct. 9 – Bogdan Corporation announced that it and the Czech Republic's Skoda Transportation Company have created the Bogdan - Skoda Transportation joint venture, which will sell subway wagons, trams and suburban trains in Ukraine and the CIS countries.

Bogdan President Oleh Svynarchuk and Skoda Transportation Director General Tomas Krsek signed a protocol on the creation of the JV in Kiev on Wednesday.
