ST. PETERSBURG, Oct. 7 - St. Petersburg development firm LSR Group has finalized its acquisition of a 97% stake in Obukhiv Porous Concrete Plant (OPCP), the largest aerated concrete producer in the country, LSR Group said in a statement.

LSR Group paid 1.175 billion rubles for the stake.

The plant will be part of LSR Group's aerated concrete subholding Aeroc International AS.
