KIEV, Oct. 6 – Consumer prices in Ukraine after a two-month decline in July and August by 0.5% and 0.1%, respectively, again started to grow and rose by 1.1% in September, the State Statistics Committee said on Monday.

Since the beginning of the year, inflation has hit 16.1%, whereas the government forecasted a 12-month inflation for 2008 at 15.9%.
