KIEV, Oct. 3 – Spanish investors retain interest in the Ukrainian real estate market even with the crisis on the loan markets, and they will concentrate on the realization of small and medium investment projects worth $6-12 million, according to the finance director of Spain's World Business Trade Centre Group (WBTC Group), Francisco Angera.
"The interest of Spanish investors in the Ukrainian market has not disappeared. Only the number of financially powerful companies that are capable of completing projects has changed. The reason for this is the more thorough approach taken to the selection of the country, market and the object of investment," he said.
