KIEV, Sept. 26 – Wind Rose air company on Nov. 3 will launch regular flights on the Kiev-Moscow-Kiev route, Andriy Moroz, the head of the fleet analysis and development department at Wind Rose, told Interfax-Ukraine.

"The company is planning to launch flights from November 3, 2008. The flights will be performed on working days twice a day: in the morning and in the evening. Everybody who wishes will be able to buy tickets for the flights soon," he said.
