KIEV, Sept. 26 – Hungary's Ukrenergy Trade ZRt, which is 52% owned by Ukrinterenergo state company, is buying a 50%+1 stake in Poland's Zomar S.A., the president of Switzerland's Korlea Invest Holding AG, Vasyl Bechvarzh, said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
"The deal has not yet been finalized," he said.
He said that the purchase of the controlling stake by Ukrenergy Trade would allow Ukrinterenergo to indirectly receive profit from supplies of Ukrainian electricity to end consumers in Poland.
