KIEV, Sept. 25 – Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said Thursday the collapse of her government coalition on Sept. 2 had led to Fitch Ratings revising Ukraine’s outlook to ‘negative.’
“As the reason for doing so [revising the outlook], Fitch agency has exactly named the collapse of the democratic coalition,” Tymoshenko said at a press conference in reaction to the Fitch action. “This is the reason.”
