KIEV, Sept. 19 - Natural gas talks between Russia and Ukraine over supply volumes and prices to be charged in 2009 are stalled due to on-going political instability in Ukraine, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said Friday.

Ukraine’s pro-Western government coalition collapsed earlier this month and Tymoshenko needs to form a new coalition within the next 30 days to avoid the dismissal of Parliament.
