KIEV, Sept. 16 – The rent rates and prices for trade and office space in Kiev in August continued growing compared to June and July 2008, Eduard Viznyak, the head of the commercial real estate at Kiev-based Trayektoria Ltd., told Interfax-Ukraine.

He said that the price of one square meter of office space grew most in the Holosiyivsky and Svyatoshynsky districts, by 2.5-3%. A fall in the price of office space in the Shevchenkivsky, Desnyansky and Darnytsky districts was seen.
