KIEV, Sept. 16 – Ukraine's Industry Ministry and the Ukravtoprom car producers association have proposed to allocate UAH 3.884 billion from the national budget to finance the development of the car industry by 2015, which is 7% of the total foreseen volume of financing.

This is stipulated in a draft state program on the development of the car industry and regulation of the car market for the period up to 2015, which was also sent to Interfax-Ukraine.
