KIEV, Sept. 15 - The United States Department of Agriculture has forecast that the grain harvest in Ukraine in 2008 will be almost 48 million tons, 2.5 million tons over the forecast made a month ago.

The U.S. analysts increased their forecast for the wheat harvest from 22 million tons to 24.5 million tons, and the feed grain forecast remained at 23.48 million tons.
