KIEV, Sept. 15 - Luhansk region’s Stakhanov railway car building plant, part of the AvtoKrAZ Company, in January to August 2008 produced 4,644 cargo railcars, which is 20% more year-over-year.
The company release said that gondola cars with dump doors constitute the largest share (3,635) of total cargo car output.
