KIEV, Sept. 9 – Sevastopol-based Avlita stevedoring company says that the construction in Sevastopol of a new bulk cargo terminal, including a coal handling facility, is environmentally-friendly.
"The large-scale investment of UAH150 million (one sixth of the total investment in the project) that Avlita stevedoring company plans to spend to introduce unique technologies, will mean the terminal is environmentally safe. The universal terminal will be enclosed at all stages – from acceptance of cargo from ship to loading it to wagons," Avlita acting director general, Oleksandr Lahosha, told Interfax-Ukraine.
