KIEV, Sept. 5 - Naftogaz Ukrayiny, the national oil and gas company, on Friday failed to secure agreement on natural gas prices to be charged in 2009 at talks with Russian gas giant Gazprom in Moscow.

Naftogaz chairman Oleh Dubyna held talks with Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller, and the parties “will continue preparation for signing the contracts,” Naftogaz said in a statement.
