KIEV, Sept. 4 – Ukraine will do its utmost to ensure that relations with its strategic partner – Russia – are always good, President Viktor Yushchenko said in a CNN interview posted on the presidential website.

"Russia has been and will always remain our strategic partner. We will do our best to ensure that our relations are always good, neighborly ones," Yushchenko said, when asked to outline the relations between Kiev and Moscow at present, taking into consideration that Ukraine supported Georgia during the recent conflict between Russian and Georgia.
