KREMENCHUK, Sept. 4 – A meeting of the shareholders of Ukrtatnafta (Kremenchuk, Poltava region), scheduled for Sept. 4, failed due to the lack of a quorum, Ihor Leschenko, the head of the corporate shareholders' rights of Ukrtatnafta, told journalists.

The procedure for conducting the meeting was properly observed, he said.

"The shareholders were informed, the representatives of the State Commission on Securities and the Stock Market came to the meeting," he said.
