KIEV, Sept. 3 – Grain from Ukraine in the 2008/2009 marketing year can be exported only if the exporter has a certificate on the registration of an exchange agreement, according to a proposed cabinet resolution drafted by Ukraine's Economy Ministry and published on Tuesday.

According to the document, before Dec. 31, 2008 these should be exchanges licensed by the Agriculture Ministry, and from Jan. 1, 2009 – exchanges selected at tenders.
