KIEV, Sept. 2 - Ukraine’s fourth-biggest oil refinery by capacity, Halychyna, suspended operation after failing to secure permission from regulators to continue production of gasoline with high sulfur content, an official at the refinery said Tuesday.

The refinery will be shut for at least one month as the company will be trying to obtain the permission, the official said.
