KIEV, Sept. 2 – Ukrainian and Tatar shareholders in Ukrtatnafta are to manage the Kremenchuk oil refinery, the largest in Ukraine, on parity terms, irrespective of how a disputed 18.3% stake is finally distributed, according to MP Serhiy Pashynsky from the BYT bloc.
"Neither Ukrainian nor Tatar shareholders have the possibility to monopolize the management of the company. It will be on parity terms, no matter what stake each side has. The Tatar shareholders are ready to see a Ukrainian representative as board chairman and a Russian representative as head of the company's supervisory council. This scheme was used earlier," he said in an interview with the Delo newspaper, published on Monday.
